Founded in 1996 in Karaman by Mr. Ramazan ŞİMŞEK, who is currently our Honorary President, the company operates in a state-of-the-art facility covering a total area of 135,000 m2 (95,000 m2 covered and 40,000 m2 open). Initially producing biscuits, chocolates, cakes, wafers, and crackers, it has evolved over time, leading the sector with its innovative approach and pioneering new products such as Bien Croissant and Twitto Spiral Crackers.

Always a brand synonymous with innovation and firsts in its sector, Şimşek has created a product range with over 350 varieties to suit every taste, constantly striving to offer its consumers something better. With an annual production capacity of 115,000 tons, it has proven itself a strong global player in its sector as a giant in the world of flavor. Always using the latest technologies and attracting attention with its innovative approach and high-quality, competitive products, Şimşek has established its brand in global markets and now exports to over 100 countries, creating added value.
Şimşek has grown through hard work in a short period of 20 years, and for the past 8 years, it has been among Türkiye's top 500 largest companies. As of 2015, it has risen 21 places to rank 417th, securing a place in the hearts of consumers. Starting with 200 employees 21 years ago, it now employs over 1,500 people and serves a wide range of consumers both domestically and internationally.
Despite its short history, Şimşek has achieved rapid growth and reached a contemporary level through its technological and modern investments. With these successes, and with investments in the tourism, livestock, construction, and food service sectors, employing a total of 2,500 people, it will continue to create added value in the future without compromising its principles.
